We don’t offer fixed quotes upfront because accurately estimating the duration of the service can be challenging until your house is completely vacant. Many companies in our industry tend to provide inflated quotes to err on the side of caution, but we take a different approach. We believe in transparency and only charge you for the actual time we spend on the job. This ensures that our clients receive fair and honest pricing. Additionally, we avoid rushing our cleaners to meet specific timeframes, as we prioritize delivering exceptional service over finishing within an estimated timeframe.

We charge an hourly rate of $60 per hour per cleaner + GST, everything included (travel, insurance, tools products -just make sure to not disconnect the power-). We are so confident in our work that if something does not meet your expectations we will be back for free and re-do it the right way.
